This philosophy, as well as our unique approach to janitorial staffing and cleaning, has given us the opportunity to service over 6 million square feet in the Middle Tennessee area on a daily basis. Each component of our unique approach is instrumental in the success of our organization. The approach is simple yet effective:
- All housekeeping crews placed in each facility earn a full time income for their services. This has proven to eliminate turnover and absenteeism and gives our customers a more consistent service.
- TriStar Building Services is not a franchise but rather a locally owned and operated company located near the Opryland area in Nashville, TN. TriStar's ownership team of Todd Story and Mark Sexton make regular visits to each of our customers to make sure that our services are not only meeting, but exceeding expectations.
- Our account management team has a combined 75 years of service in the janitorial industry. This means that TriStar brings an extremely high level of expertise and knowledge to each facility that we service on a daily basis.
- The day-time account manager interacts daily with our cleaning crews to make sure that all tasks are being performed. In addition, TriStar utilizes a night supervisor who ensures that any issues encountered during the day are addressed before the following morning.
- Thorough visual inspections are performed at each facility on a regular basis by the account manager. In most instances, this is performed on a weekly basis with the facility manager.
